Description

ST torque limiters are designed for high torque applications. This is achieved through the use of individual torque modules evenly spaced around the circumference of the coupling. The ST torque limiter is based on a spring loaded, ball-detent design. The transmittable torque is determined by the number of torque modules and their distance from the centre of the coupling.
